Limited Edition Trolley Car
Trolley cars as we know them began to expand in the cities about 1890 and soon they were expanding into the suburbs connecting small towns. The Danville & Bloomsburg Street Railway Company was chartered September 1, 1904. The first car on the D&B to reach Danville from Bloomsburg was on October 3, 1904. The last D&B left Danville on March 2, 1926. In 2007 the IHF Committee commissioned an “O” scale trolley car that will run on your “O” gauge model railroad track. There are only a few cars still in inventory. The price is $89.95. Pick up yours today before they are all gone.
Railroad Cars & Engine
Starting in 2001, IHF commissioned a series of railroad cars starting with a coal car which quickly sold out. In subsequent years a box car, stock car, tanker and caboose were added each selling for $40. In 2005 a Reading Steam Locomotive and tender to compliment the train cars was built for the IHF by MTH, a noted and reputable dealer of model railroad equipment. There are only a few locomotive and tenders left in stock: they sell for $225. In addition, the stock cars that are now half price, selling for just $20 till gone.
